Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Houston, Texas, USA.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Free express worldwide shipping with tracking is included on all miners.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?
Import duties or taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility if applicable.
Warranty & returns
Do the miners come with a warranty?
Yes. All NerdQaxe and NerdOctaxe miners include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
What if my miner arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery (or discovery during the warranty period). We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and, if needed, repair or replacement.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. See our Returns page for full details.

Noise varies by model. The Hydro is super quiet (water-cooled), while air-cooled models are quiet compared to traditional ASICs.
Do you guarantee mining rewards or profitability?
No. Mining results depend on network difficulty, luck, and configuration. We sell hardware, not guaranteed earnings.
