We supply open-source Bitcoin mining hardware, including NerdQaxe and NerdOctaxe products. Orders typically ship from Houston, Texas (USA).

• Product availability may change without notice, including limited batch releases.
• Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and duties (if applicable) are determined by your destination country.
• We may correct listing or pricing errors and may cancel/refund orders placed under incorrect pricing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

• Free express worldwide shipping with tracking is included for miners unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or customs processing.
• International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes; the buyer is responsible for these fees where applicable.
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

• Where available, you can choose your regional plug/power cord at checkout (US/EU/UK/AU).
• Included accessories vary by product and are described on each product page.
• Always use the included or recommended power supply and follow product guidance for safe operation.

All NerdQaxe and NerdOctaxe miners include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, modification, improper power supplies, liquid exposure (except Hydro units), or external damage.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns policy. Change-of-mind returns may be eligible within the stated window if unused and in original condition. Faulty items are handled under warranty where applicable.

Mining involves risk and results vary. We do not guarantee mining rewards, profitability, or specific outcomes. Network difficulty, luck, configuration, power costs, pool/solo variance, and other factors can affect results.

• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations.
• You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce site content for commercial use without permission.
• We may update or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, mining rewards, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
