Returns & Refunds
We keep this simple and fair. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right. For change-of-mind returns, see eligibility rules below.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all included accessories and packaging.
- If the product has been used, modified, exposed to liquid (non-Hydro units), or physically damaged after delivery, it may be ineligible.
- Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons or due to limited-run batch constraints (if stated on the product page).
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, missing items, or develops a fault during the 1-year warranty period, contact us within 72 hours of noticing the issue.

- A quick description of what happened
All NerdQaxe and NerdOctaxe miners sold on our store include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Warranty period starts from the delivery date.
- Covers hardware faults not caused by misuse, modification, or external damage.
- Does not cover damage from liquid exposure (except Hydro units), overvolting beyond safe specifications, improper power supplies, or physical tampering.
- If a fault is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Warranty claims are handled under the included 1-year warranty for NerdQaxe and NerdOctaxe miners.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the resolution by email.

Orders ship from Houston, Texas, USA. Free express delivery is included, with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.
Import duties/taxes (if applicable) are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
